Tuesday Transformation

We are all about transformation, we are all about change. We often start with the outside, change our look, our hair, our weight, our style. We can be very busy with hair, nail, tans, teeth, eye lashes, makeup. Our weight can tie up exercise, diet, clothes/style, identity, self esteem.

We often look outside of ourselves, we look to others to validate our changes; how we look, our academic achievements, our sobriety, our promotions. We have a world that tells us what the changes are, what is expected of us. The truth is, the change is within. The goal we set ourselves and the celebration of our own achievement, that self validation is the starting point. Without this, we are not fulfilled by others/external validations. We either give up or over achieve.
