Tuesday Transformation

The key to transformation is daily habits. September is particularity challenging for me with a revised school schedule and extra curricular schedules. I maintain my health positive daily habits. I separate my daily habits for me and family daily habits. I have focal points in the day that are habitual, early morning and last thing at night. When I'm introducing a new habit I try and attach it to brushing my teeth , an absolute foolproof event multiple times a day.
