Gratitude's is a core mental health practice. As simple as it sounds, it is not easy especially with our culture of sarcasm, humility and dismissiveness. It does take learning and practise. Does it work? 200percent yes. Rewiring my brain to be thankful, provides me with more of what I love and enjoy, provides me with a stronger more positive mindset, provides me with patience to teach my kids, provides me with stability in the storms. #gratitudes
Practise being thankful for three things everyday, then; when its tough, when you're low, when you are struggling, then, right then remember what those three s are and keep going.
