What is happening in this moment? What moments do we enjoy? What moments did we miss? Why? What did we miss about them? and do not want to miss moving forward? What moments am I paying attention to? These are the moments that carry me, that my emotions are pulled into and drawn from. These moments gather momentum in my life. So what moments do I create? What moments to I stop, pause and pay attention to? In every moment, can I stop and see what is actually occurring? Am I connected in this moment?
