Mantra Monday

Mondays Mantra is simple. Have an intention, What is your intention today, this week? Have a plan. Have an aim. In everything we do, every meeting, every interaction take 20 seconds beforehand to consider what is your intention.

The Mantra is ' Set your Intention'.

The learning is, you gain two things:

  1. clarity - you know what you want, you know your purpose

  2. result - with a set intention, you will garner that result.
