Happy New Year.

It's a time of goal setting. Before you do this, take a look at 2020, What was bad for you, what made you feel bad? What was good for you and made you feel good? Successful goal setting is more than a task list but it is a start. Take a minute, make a page/table with a line down the middle. On the left hand side list all the bad things about 2020 that happened to you, that you did, that you regret doing, that you want to forget, that hurt you, that made you angry, that caused you pain. On the right hand side list all the nice things that you remember, the moments that you were happy, that you felt joy, that you were loved, felt safe, felt free, that you helped someone, contributed to something, appreciated someone or something, were appreciated, did a good deed, received a good deed. With this information, now start your vision for 2021 and beyond.
