Friday Forgiveness

Forgive the unkind things you say to yourself.

This morning, my friend told me a beautiful story she shared with her daughter about the two voices in her head. She has an inner critic and and inner champion. The inner critic can be very chatty and unkind, more than unkind, mean and cruel often. She said she is turning the volume up on her inner champion.

Name your inner critic and control her or him, name your inner champion, turn up the volume and listen more attentively to your inner champion.

Forgive and let go of all the unkind things your inner critic says and repeats, it is not true.
