Friday Feelings
Some days I don't know how I'm feeling. Somedays I'm feeling al the feelings throughout the day. Sometimes I feel all the feelings at once. What I learned is to feel it all, take my time and try and figure out what these feelings are, I'm no longer afraid of any feelings. I don't drink or eat through my feelings, I don't hide in work to avoid my feelings, I don't blame others on how I am feeling.
