Friday Fear

We talk the talk. People getting excited for the weekend and Happy Friday wishes, a positive and a welcome boost. Though there is fear on a Friday. How am I going to get through the weekend? How can I avoid drink, drugs, friends, family? how do I cope at home with my family for the weekend? how do I cope without my family for the weekend? how can I handle my anxiety and depression? We can get stuck in the fear. The fear is paralyzing . But Fear is Insight. Fear is an indicator of what we know needs to be addressed. Fear is what motivates you to get the help you need, fear is the sign for change.
